Advanced Power Skating
Age 10 and up This is technique and conditioning for players gearing up for the season

It doesn't matter if you can shoot a puck through a quarter-inch plywood, stick handle around 3 people in a phone booth or body check opponents so hard that their helmets pop off. If you can't skate, you don't rate - at least not as a hockey player." Jack Falla
